Bark Avenue Foundation Mission

The Bark Avenue Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization committed to significantly reducing pet overpopulation through spay/neuter, humane education, animal rescue and re-homing, and community outreach programs. Our goal is to save as many lives as possible and rescue these helpless animals from abuse, neglect, and euthanasia.

We rely on an extensive network of volunteers, animal activists, rescue animal foster care, and generous donors to help us continue to educate and encourage pet owners to responsibly spay/neuter their animals as well as to find loving adoptive homes where each of our animals will be cared for and loved for the rest of their lives. Our Los Angeles animal outreach events attempt to get the community involved and informed and to get our message out to as many people as possible.
